Two Clever Easter Eggs In Uncharted 4!

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End isn’t a game that has no easter eggs, references or nods to other games, franchises. If you played the game, you already know about the Crash Bandicoot minigame (we will not spoil more!), but what about The Last Of Us!

Yep, Naughty Dog has hidden an easter egg to another franchise that they created. In the epilogue of Uncharted 4, we see an image. The title is mainly obscured (we only see T US AMERICAN DAUGHTERS) – well, well, well!

The developers didn’t officially announce The Last Of Us 2 yet, but we have heard about 2013’s PS3-exclusive (2014 had a PS4 port) story getting a sequel multiple times. Perhaps Sony will announce it at E3?

There’s another easter egg that will cause some smiling moments for veteran players. There’s going to be a puzzle with pirates and sigils. One of the portraits has no name – Nate will say he doesn’t recognize this guy. Sully’s response will be about how he looks younger than the others.

The unnamed pirate is Guybrush Threepwood from Monkey Island! If we send all four sigils to Sam, he will say that he wasn’t able to recognize the one with the monkey! Bravo! Later on, there’s a full body portrait of Guybrush with the word Thief painted over him.
