The Witcher 3 Enhanced Edition – To be or not to be?

CD Projekt RED‘s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt isn’t about to be forgotten so quicky. We’re not saying this because the second expansion called Blood and Wine is coming in a few weeks, though. We’re saying this because there are rumors – again – about Geralt receiving an Enhanced Edition re-release. We wrote about this subject in December when Amazon listed this version with a release date of February 5.

This time, two other web shops listed the game in an Enhanced Edition, namely the French E-Leclerc and the Belgian Smartoys. The latter one also priced this release at 45 euros on consoles, not to mention the February 5 release date.

Confused already? There’s another twist to this story: CD Projekt RED denies the existence of the Enhanced Edition. Oh really? We have something to tell them, though: they seem to have forgotten the fact that the previous two games both had an Enhanced Edition re-release. Congratulations! Can you make up your mind already?
