Fallout 76 Causes Damages In A Store! [VIDEO]

Someone was too angry when he tried to return Bethesda‘s new game…

The video below originated on Facebook but gained traction on Twitter, when someone in the United States tried to return his copy of Fallout 76 in GameStop, but due to their policies, they couldn’t accept it. Then, he flipped out so much that he effectively trashed the entire store. (A round of applause goes to the assistant on the phone for continuing the work as usual!)

GamesIndustry writes that in the United Kingdom, the retail (cardboard…?) sales of Fallout 76 on its launch week was 82.4% lower than Fallout 4’s! Of course, the digital sales were not included, and even though the trend of shifting to digital shouldn’t be ignored, we rarely see such a drop between two instalments of a franchise!

Bethesda tries to make Fallout 76 work – they released a new patch that needs 15 GB on PC, but on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, it’s almost 48, as the devs require us to re-download the game again, which was already necessary with the day-1 patch. It’s unbelievable! The patch (can it be called a patch if console players have to re-download the whole game once more?) focuses on stability, performance, and bugfixes.

Bethesda probably didn’t expect such a weak launch – the PlayStation 4 port of Fallout 76 has 10 critic reviews, and an average of 46 out of 100 on Metacritic! Let’s admit it, it’s a terrible result from a Bethesda game!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
