Far Cry 5’s Final Zombie DLC Is Here Shortly [VIDEO]

We’re already at the end of the Season Pass, which is a bit early, as Far Cry 5 has launched less than five months ago.

Unless Ubisoft starts making new seasons for Far Cry 5, we’re at the final DLC, called Dead Living Zombies, whose title gives away its subject. „Players are headed into the mind of Far Cry 5’s resident D-list film director, Guy Marvel, who’s about to put players through horror-movie scenarios in seven zombie-infested maps. Dead Living Zombies takes place within Marvel’s movie scripts, challenging players to survive against undead hordes in diverse environments including military bases, farmlands, and urban rooftops. Playable in solo or co-op, the linear missions are filled with nonstop action and Marvel’s continuous narration, which shifts reality around you like the story demands,” the press release says.

If you complete the DLC, you can replay the maps in the Score Attack mode to get higher scores than ever, and if you get three-star ratings, you’ll unlock new weapons and gear in the main campaign, too. As always, the new DLC’s assets will also become available in Far Cry Arcade, the level editor that came out together with Far Cry 5.

Far Cry 5’s Dead Living Zombies launches on August 28 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you have the Season Pass or the Gold Edition of Far Cry 5, it’ll be free for you. The DLC can be bought separately for eight euros/dollars.
