Anamorphine: The Developers Lacked Humility, But The Game’s Here Shortly! [VIDEO]

Anamorphine, which focuses on post-traumatic denial and depression, will be here after some (?) technical issues. The developers aimed too high!

Artifact 5‘s initial plan was to launch the game (which has no action button, no dialogue, and aims for environmental storytelling) in January, but the devs couldn’t keep the idea. In fact, they delayed the game by roughly half a year, as their announcement post reads they had the most issue with the PlayStation 4 version, which kept crashing constantly. They were working on fixing the problem for SEVEN (!) months. They have patience…

On Steam and Humble Store, the game can be bought for twenty dollars, but Anamorphine will also launch on PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive on July 31. We’ll shortly see if the game ended up as too artistic, or if it’s capable of providing a similar experience to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice (which focused on psychosis), albeit with a smaller budget than Ninja Theory’s. Attention, the PlayStation VR version will arrive later this year!

According to him, sex, games and movies are the most important parts of his life. And he''s a "hardcore in each of them".
