War Thunder bets on French tanks in its update

War Thunder, the multiplatform free MMO military game dedicated to aviation, armored vehicles and ships of the Second World War and the Cold War, has launched its 1.75 update, La Resistance, and will allow you to access and test new French tanks in the coming dates. How can PC players enjoy the beta and try the new tanks? There are two ways: the first will consist in carrying out missions with vehicles of rank 3-6 with an activity of not less than 70% to receive an Insignia of the Armed Forces; If you get twelve of the 40 available you can be part of the test team.

After the premiere of The Resistance, War Thunder has added a dozen vehicles to its catalog (including the Yak-2, Yak-4, Whirlwind, F3D-1 Skyknight and the F-86-F40 Kyokko), new locations and a new reconnaissance mechanics for light tanks, with the research tree of the French land forces.

Two new maps were also added: Maginot Line and the Middle East. The first takes us to one of the most mythical locations of World War II; the second takes us to a city in ruins, with an oil plant ready to withstand the impacts of our cannon fire. No date has yet been specified for the arrival of French tank packages for PlayStation 4, but it has been confirmed that they can be accessed after the arrival of the 1.75 update.
