The Sexual Harassment Scandal Continues: Is NeoGAF Done And Gone?

The NeoGAF forums, which is a good place for new information, might be running into trouble.

Tyler Malka, also known as EviLore, was mentioned by a woman, who allegedly was sexually harassed by him. She cited his nickname in one of two Facebook posts, which you can read here. She claims to have been a friend of his, and she got sick in her hotel room after partying. When she went to the shower, Malka joined him. However, she already had a boyfriend and had no interest in him, so she requested him to leave, which then made him hostile towards here. Malka already has a history with sexual harassment/assault – history repeats itself…

The forum users – as expected – did not take the news very well, making most of the staff leave the site, stating that they don’t like how EviLore does not react to the current events. The forums, which picked up the NeoGAF name in 2006, is now in a worrying situation (not to mention its owner…). It’s despicable. The site now says it’s under maintenance… yeah, sure it is.
