Did Detroit: Become Human Get A Downgrade?! [VIDEO]

First, the story got a few scenes cut; now the visuals get on the chopping block?

Cycu1 does a stellar job comparing upcoming games’ trailers, usually coming up with a clear result. He now took David Cage‘s upcoming game, Detroit: Become Human, under his analysis, featuring the E3 2016 video, and the Gamescom 2017 trailer.

The result? Not entirely positive, to be honest: although some scenes seem to be improving, Quantic Dreams‘ game looks to be visually downgraded, and by a noticeable margin, to be fair. The textures aren’t as clear as before, the lighting seems to be changed, and while the graphics still look alright, there is a downgrade going on here without a doubt. However, we don’t know what hardware was used for these two builds.

Detroit: Become Human launches next year, exclusively on PlayStation 4.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
