Starstream: Starbreeze Is Preparing An Event For Us

Starbreeze is about to outline its next few years.

The developer, which has become a publisher as well in the past few years, has started to pick up a few significant games while having a few other up its sleeve. This is the reason why Starstream is happening.

Quoting the press release, „Starbreeze invites you to an exclusive live-streamed event on Twitch, on May 10 starting 9am PST /12pm EST/ 6pm CEST featuring first looks and previews, in-depth interviews and fun for the whole community on a number of Starbreeze projects […] tune in here to follow the event. The segments will include features and titles such as:

Overkill’s The Walking Dead
Psychonauts 2
System Shock 3
Exclusive PAYDAY 2 announcement
“A Veterans of the Industry” panel featuring Warren Spector, Tim Shafer (sic!) and Bo Andersson.
RAID: World War II
Deliver Us The Moon
Trailers and unveils
Community interaction, giveaways and more.”

More details can be found here. If we can see Overkill’s The Walking Dead in action, that would be nice. Psychonauts 2 and System Shock 3 will both be published by Starbreeze, who also invested in those games’ development. The company starts to grow, although it might be still a bit behind someone like THQ Nordic.
