Electronic Arts Doesn’t Let The Devs Of Unravel Go!

In February, we found out that Unravel, the latest game of Coldwood Interactive, was a pleasant surprise. It became a successful title, so it’s not surprising to see that Electronic Arts (who not only acted as the publisher, but they also provided the devs the Frostbite Engine) doesn’t let the team go, and instead, they signed them up for a new game!

Coldwood works on a new project, but they say it’s too early to talk about it. Because of that statement, we don’t know whether it will be Unravel 2 or not. We cannot name the platforms, either. Will it be digital-only again, or will it finally get a physical release? Will it be an AAA development or not? Time will tell.

If Electronic Arts is in a rush, they will announce the name of the game by the E3 along with a teaser trailer to make the community talk about the game. Then, in 2017, they could reveal the game properly. This chain of events could be one of the possible scripts for the new Coldwood game.
