Possible Release Day For The PlayStation VR And Gran Turismo Sport Leaked?

While we already know that Sony will roll the PlayStation VR out in October, the Japanese company has not mentioned the exact day of the start for the virtual reality headset. However, there is a possible release day revealed…

The image below the article is taken from the German PlayStation Friends website. However, it needs registration, so we cannot see it ourselves. Fortunately, a NeoGAF forum user by the name of Pophead has posted it, so let’s take a look at that date, shall we?

It says October 12, which is a Wednesday. That sounds fishy – usually, launch days are set on Tuesdays or Fridays. However, Gran Turismo Sport has also received that same release date! It will be a strong start for the PSVR if Polyphony Digital does roll that GTS title out by the autumn, although they have confirmed PSVR support.

We will likely hear official information about both products’ release date at the E3.
