Crash Bandicoot 3’s Remake Is Shaping Up [VIDEO]

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped was one of the iconic games of the classic PlayStation. Naughty Dog made one more, Mario Kart-like title in the franchise after this and then they moved on to work on Jak & Daxter on the PS2. However, there is a remake going on for Warped.

Crash Bandicoot: Timetwister, which is making use of Unreal Engine 4, is made by Anisotropic. He’s currently making the Time Twister Machine segment of the game. This is the hub room of the original: you can choose your next level and also save/load the game here as well. Right now, the video below features 3DS Max renders, but shortly, he will move his progress over to Unreal Engine 4.

Hopefully, Activision (if they still own the Crash-license, but who knows nowadays…?) will not issue a cease & desist letter for Timetwister. We have seen that happening to so many remakes recently. Just to name two of them: Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
